Although, much of my work has focused on children and teens, I also support adults navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach is warm, client-centred, and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and body-based techniques to meet each person’s individual needs. With youth, I often incorporate play based therapist and creative activities to make therapy engaging and meaningful.
